🔁 Drivetrain Warranty

60-Day Limited Warranty – Parts Only
All drivetrain components (engines, transmissions, transfer cases, differentials, etc.) sold by Dynamic Auto Wreckers include a 60-day parts-only warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

If the part is defective, a refund or store credit will be issued after inspection.

Not Covered:

Labor (installation, removal, or diagnostics)
Overheating, lack of fluids, or improper installation
Damage from misuse, racing, commercial or off-road use
Seals, gaskets, sensors, Injectors or accessories unless otherwise noted
Electrical components once installed
Incidental or consequential damages (e.g. towing, rental, downtime)

Return & Cancellation Policy
All drivetrain orders returned or cancelled are subject to a 25% restocking fee, whether:

Picked up or not
Delivered/Shipped or not
Installed or uninstalled

A refund or store credit will be issued for approved returns, minus the 25% restocking fee.

Return or Warranty Claim Process

Contact us at [Phone / Email] with your invoice.
Return the drivetrain to our location for inspection (must be complete and unaltered).
If approved, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Important Conditions

Drivetrains must be installed using new fluids, filters, and gaskets
Professional installation is required for any warranty claim
Warranty is void if tamper seals, tags, or serial numbers are removed
Injectors are not covered under any circumstances
Warranty is non-transferable

Applies to All Internal & External Body Parts, including but not limited to:
Fenders, doors, hoods, trunk lids, bumpers, mirrors, seats, dashboards, consoles, lights, trim, airbags, glass, and interior panels.

General Policy
All body, Electrical parts sold by Dynamic Auto Wreckers are sold as-is and considered final sale unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Strictly Not Returnable or Exchangeable

Any installed, painted, modified, or damaged parts
Any part marked or invoiced as "as-is", "clearance", or "non-returnable"
Any glass, airbags, seats, or electrical body components (e.g., light assemblies with wiring, switches)
Any part after 7 days, regardless of condition
Electrical parts are thoroughly tested before removal and are final sale

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
Refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original payment card only
No cash refunds

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled body part orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee, even if the part has not been picked up or delivered

Important Notes

All parts must be inspected before leaving our facility—claims of damage after pickup or delivery will not be honored
Fitment is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not guarantee color match, hardware, or exact trim level fitment unless stated
